Loose PDEs cause massive unnoticed damage to the cylinder head. The longer you wait, the deeper the PDE eats into the seat - and the more expensive the repair becomes.

Our PD-Rapid-Stabilizer stops the problem immediately, stabilizes the PDEs permanently and prevents further damage. Act now & save the engine!

Even engines that are already severely damaged can still be saved. Install our reinforced sealing rings These are slightly thicker and provide a reinforced seal.

1. Remove the INJECTOR SCREW and the clamping shoe and disconnect the electrical plug.

2. Place the RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER directly on the PD Injector and tighten it with new INJECTOR SCREW .

3. Alignment is automatic and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

- Injector screws should be replaced as it is a special material which changes when tightened.

- Tighten with the appropriate torque

Of course, you can also pull the PD injectors, clean them and replace them with new wearing parts
again.

This RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER was developed and tested in cooperation with a master car mechanic. This repair not only saves you time and money, but also reduces the risk of damage to the engine.

Note:

For engines with greater wear or problems in the injector area, we recommend using our Reinforced sealing rings, which you can also find in our store. Please note that some models with crankcase ventilation in the valve cover may have special features (e.g. Sharan 2.0 TDI BRT built in 2008).
