The fastest and easiest repair option ever! Customers report installation times of less than 1 hour. As it is often not necessary to remove the rocker arm shaft or injection nozzles, the entire system remains installed and all the wearing parts do not need to be replaced. This significantly reduces working time and you avoid high workshop costs.

CNC-milled from tool steel for maximum stability. The RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER is manufactured in such a way that it aligns itself and brings the injector nozzle back into position. This ensures that the sealing rings can do their job again even in engines that already have an oil build-up and no extensive repair is necessary.

  1. Remove the INJECTOR SCREW and the clamping shoe and disconnect the electrical plug.

  2. Place the RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER directly on the PD Injector and tighten it with new INJECTOR SCREW .

  3. Alignment is automatic and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

- Injector screws should be replaced as it is a special material which changes when tightened.

- Tighten with the appropriate torque

For engines with greater wear or problems in the injector area, we recommend using our Reinforced sealing rings, which you can also find in our store. Please note that some models with crankcase ventilation in the valve cover may have special features (e.g. Sharan 2.0 TDI BRT built in 2008).

1,9tdi Startprobleme

Hab bei meinem Audi A4 B7 1,9Tdi mit 370 000km die Pde‘s 3mal abgedichtet und jedes mal nach ca. einem Monat wieder Startprobleme. Beim 2.Mal sogar gebrauchten Pde-Satz reingemacht da ich zunächst dachte das ein Pde defekt ist. Beim 3. Mal abdichten ist mir sogar das Gewinde der M6-Dehnschraube rausgerissen. Die Typen in der Werkstatt schmeissen so einen Zylinderkopf normalerweise weg. Ich hab das aber mit HeliCoil repariert, den Halter dran gemacht und verstärkten Dichtsatz eingebaut. Der Wagen läuft im Leerlauf wirklich sehr viel ruhiger als vorher und der Motor vibriert auch nicht mehr. Habs erst vor ein paar Tagen eingebaut und hoffe das, dass Problem damit behoben ist. Die Lösung gefällt mir sehr viel besser als das Patent von 07Eins, da billiger, wertiger, einfacher und schneller einzubauen. Kann das nur Jedem empfehlen und an alle die auch solche Probleme haben, macht statt dem M6-Alugewinde gleich ein Helicoil rein, dann müsst ihr nicht beim Anziehen der Dehnschrauben hoffen das euch das Gewinde entgegen kommt, da es ja anscheinend nur für zwei oder drei mal Aus/Einschrauben konstruiert wurde. „Vorsprung durch Technik“ heißt es bei den Typen, dann kriegen die noch nichtmal eine anständige Düsenfixierung hin. Zum Glück gibt es noch richtige Maschinenbauer die ihr Handwerk verstehen und sich für die Konstruktionspfusch von VW eine nachhaltige Reparaturlösung einfallen lassen. Ganz großes Dankeschön 🙏
