As it is often not necessary to remove the rocker arm shaft or injection nozzles, the entire system remains installed and all the wearing parts do not need to be replaced. CNC-milled from tool steel for maximum stability. The RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER is manufactured in such a way that it aligns itself and brings the injector nozzle back into position. This ensures that the sealing rings can do their job again even in engines that already have an oil build-up and no extensive repair is necessary.

Even engines that are already severely damaged can still be saved. Install our reinforced sealing rings These are slightly thicker and provide a reinforced seal.

Remove the INJECTOR SCREW and the clamping shoe and disconnect the electrical plug.
Place the RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER directly on the PD Injector and tighten it with new INJECTOR SCREW .
Alignment is automatic and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

- Expansion bolts should be replaced as they are a special material which changes when tightened.
- Tighten with the appropriate torque
Of course, the PDEs can also be removed, cleaned and replaced with new wear parts.
This PDE quick-change repair holder was developed and tested in cooperation with a master car mechanic. You not only save time and money, but also reduce the risk of damage to the engine as a result of this repair.
Note:
For engines with greater wear or problems in the injector area, we recommend the use of our reinforced sealing rings, which you can also find in our store. Please note that some models with crankcase ventilation in the valve cover may have special features (e.g. Sharan 2.0 TDI BRT built in 2008).

Tipp:
Viele Kunden bauen den Reparaturhalter erstmal ein, ohne die PDEs auszubauen. In über 90 % der Fälle ist das Problem damit bereits behoben. Wenn nicht, kannst du später jederzeit die Anbauteile & den Kabelbaum nachbestellen.

Wenn du die PDEs neu abdichten willst – aber den Kabelbaum nicht tauschen musst.
Du brauchst dir hier keine Gedanken über passende Einbauteile zu machen – alles ist dabei:

Wichtig:
Beim Ausbau der PDEs werden spezielle Dehnschrauben gelöst. Diese dürfen nur einmal verwendet werden. Ebenso müssen alle Dichtungen erneuert werden – sonst riskierst du Undichtigkeiten nach dem Einbau.

Die perfekte Lösung für alle, die keine Fehler machen wollen und sich sicher sein möchten: Jetzt habe ich alles richtig gemacht.
- Enthält alles aus dem Einbau-Set

- Spart doppelte Arbeit: Wenn du ohnehin alles offen hast, wechsele den Kabelbaum direkt mit. So schließt du spätere Fehlerquellen aus und sparst dir im Zweifel eine 2. Reparatur.

Warum den Kabelbaum mit tauschen?
Der PDE-Kabelbaum ist eine häufige Fehlerquelle – besonders bei älteren Fahrzeugen.
Durch Hitze und Vibration entstehen mit der Zeit Kabelbrüche oder Kontaktprobleme, die du nicht sofort siehst. Wenn du sowieso alles offen hast, macht ein Wechsel vorbeugend absolut Sinn.

Wenn du ohnehin den Motor öffnest, ist das Komplett-Set die sorgenfreie Wahl.
