Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only possible within Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.

Shipping to islands is excluded.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 10.10€ or 6.50€ per order.

For deliveries abroad, we charge higher shipping costs depending on the country.

Delivery costs for ordered goods will not be refunded.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our store:

Cash payment
If you collect the goods after making an appointment, you must pay in cash.

Prepayment
If you select the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal
We offer this payment method as part of the PayPal payment service. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have selected thePayPal payment method, you must be registered there in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and legitimize yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
