PD-Injector-Stabilizer or PD-Rapid-Stabilizer - the most important differences at a glance
Both solutions reliably seal your PDEs - but with different effort, structure and objectives. Here you can see which solution is better suited to your situation.
PD-Injektor-Stabilizer - maximum stability for your engine
The PDE-Injector-Stabilizer replaces the original mounting on one side. This distributes the contact pressure evenly across all PDEs. No more vibrations, no more diesel in the oil - even if the seats are worn and damaged.
Advantages:
-
Most stable mounting on the market
-
Holds the PDEs in place, even if a thread is torn out during removal
-
Even pressure on all PDEs
-
Perfect for heavily worn cylinder heads
PD-Rapid-Stabilizer - clever, simple, effective
The PD-Rapid-Stabilizer also replaces the original one-sided fastening - but it fixes each PDE individually (e.g. 5 Rapid-Stabilizer for 5 cylinders). Thanks to its protected shape, it is so precisely adapted to the engine that vibrations are no longer possible. It provides a strong hold even with worn seats.
Advantages:
-
Fastest repair option without PDE removal
-
Ideal for DIY - remove the valve cover, replace the holder, done
-
You can seal each PDE individually
-
Saves expensive workshop time & costs for add-on parts
💡Tip:
Many customers first test the Rapid-Stabilizer without removing the PDE - in 95% of cases this is enough. If not, you can always reseal the PDEs later and fix them better.

Which PD-Injector-Stabilizer set suits your situation?
Here you can see at a glance what you need - and when which set makes sense for you.
PD-Injector-Stabilizer (without attachments)
For all those who already have these add-on parts or would like to get them themselves.
Installation instructions:
Screws: Special screws (so-called expansion screws) are loosened when installing the PD-Injector-Stabilizer. These must be replaced after loosening.
Rubber sealing rings: In the case of damaged PDE seats, the sealing rings often scrape past the ridge in the PDE seat (caused by vibrations). This often results in damage to the sealing rings that cannot be seen at first glance.
Brass seals: If you are replacing the brass seals (at the bottom of the PDE), it is important to buy them all from the same manufacturer. This is the only way to ensure that they have the same height level - because this is exactly where the bridge presses on them.
Quick info on this: The brass gaskets separate the combustion chamber from the cylinder head. The soft brass material compensates for manufacturing tolerances during installation and is compressed by the contact pressure to form a gas-tight connection.
Installation set (bestseller)
This kit contains all the mounting parts you need to install the Injector-Stabilizer.
You no longer need to worry about finding the right installation parts - everything is included:
-
Contains the Injector-Stabilizer
-
Includes all special screws (expansion screws)
-
Everything for resealing - including reinforced Viton seals for more worn PDE seats
-
Cheaper than buying everything separately - and you have everything to hand
Complete set (best value for money)
The perfect solution for anyone who doesn't want to make any mistakes and wants to be sure: Now I've done everything right.
-
Contains everything from the installation set
-
In addition: new tested PDE wiring harness - a frequent source of errors
-
Saves double the work: If you have everything open anyway, replace the wiring harness at the same time. In this way, you rule out later sources of error and save yourself a second repair in case of doubt.
-
You save the most money with the complete set because we can make you a better offer here than if you were to buy everything separately.
Quick info: Temperature and vibration in the motor lead to cable breaks over time - usually invisible under the insulation. Contact problems at the plugs are also typical.
💡Our tip:
If you are opening the motor anyway, the complete set is the worry-free choice.
You get everything in one package - perfectly matched.
No need to buy more. No improvising. High-quality components, no cheap garbage.
