What does the PD-Injector-Stabilizer do?
It fixes the PDE injection nozzles (injectors) so that they return to their original position and no longer vibrate. This ensures that the sealing rings remain in their target position and seal perfectly again.

Why our PD-Injector-Stabilizer?
It is made entirely of steel, extra sturdy & without aluminum. This means that it cannot be deformed and does not give way in the event of vibrations. With aluminum, it would not be possible to fix the PDEs evenly.
The PDEs are automatically aligned by our PD-Injector-Stabilizer & do not have to be aligned individually. This protects against errors & saves time.
No glued-in screws - We save you a big problem: If you have to remove the PD-Injector-Stabilizer again, you are spared extremely difficult disassembly work. As we don't need any threadlocker because our PD-Injector-Stabilizer is a single piece, it can be removed without destroying it. In addition, no screws can be loosened over time.
Removal: There are several M10 threads on the back of the PDE bridge. These ensure easy and even removal with a slide hammer for threads.
Technical INFO: Our PD-Injector-Stabilizer is connected to the PDEs via the tightening of the injector screws; it does not touch any other parts of the engine or the engine itself. This prevents unwanted voltages in the engine! The PDEs themselves have a brass washer (brass seal) at the bottom, one of its functions is to compensate for unevenness and manufacturing tolerances. The VW production tolerances are in the range of 0.05-0.10 mm (depending on the production line & series). These deviations are included in the design - they do not need to be compensated for.
It would not be possible to fix the PDEs evenly with aluminum: aluminum is significantly softer and more flexible than steel. In addition, if the PDE is not pressed onto the brass seal (at the bottom of the PDE) with sufficient pressure, there will be play. The consequences: Combustion gases can melt the sealing rings and diesel gets past the sealing rings. This brings us back to the original problem.
Why the complete set?
The complete set includes everything you need if you want to reseal your PDEs + all attachments. Even reinforced sealing rings in case you notice that your PDEs are a little more worn when you remove them. The original seals are also included in the set if you prefer them. All original PDE injector screws and rocker shaft screws are included, as well as the PD-Injector-Stabilizer to protect your engine. Everything you need for a perfect repair is included!

Even engines that are already severely damaged can still be saved. Install our reinforced sealing rings (included in this set). These are slightly thicker and provide a reinforced seal.

Disconnect the electrical plugs, then remove the injector screws and tension shoes.
Remove injectors.
Check the sealing surfaces in the cylinder for burrs and remove them if necessary / re-seal pump-nozzle-unit / new injector screws usw.
Insert the first injector into the 1st cylinder with the original clamp shoe (do not tighten yet).
Put the INJECTOR STABILIZER together with the other 4 pump-nozzle-elements and then screw all 5 injection nozzles evenly into the inserts.
The alignment is done automatically and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

The quick alternative to the PDE bridge:
The PDE quick-change repair holder fixes each PDE injection nozzle individually and ensures that they return to their original position and can no longer vibrate. This ensures that the sealing rings remain in their target position and seal properly again. As the PDE quick-change repair holder can simply be installed instead of the original clamping shoe, it is not necessary to remove the PDEs. This saves you a lot of time and eliminates the cost of new add-on parts that need to be replaced when removing the PDEs.
If your PDE problem persists, this is because the PDEs have worked their way deeper into the cylinder head due to vibrations. Now you can still install reinforced gaskets and fix them in place with the quick-change repair holder vibrations free.
