Even severely damaged engines can still be saved. Install our reinforced sealing rings (included in this set). These are slightly thicker and ensure a reinforced seal.

- Disconnect the electrical connectors, then remove the expansion bolts and tensioning shoes.
- Remove the injection nozzles.
- Check the sealing surfaces in the cylinder for burrs and remove these if necessary / reseal the PDE / use new expansion bolts.
- Insert the first injector into the first cylinder with the original clamping shoe (do not tighten yet).
- Plug the PDE bridge together with the other 4 PDEs and then screw all 5 injectors evenly tight.
- The alignment is automatic and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

Installation instructions:
Screws: Special screws (so-called expansion screws) are loosened when installing the PD-Injector-Stabilizer. These must be replaced after loosening.
Rubber sealing rings: In the case of damaged PDE seats, the sealing rings often scrape past the ridge in the PDE seat (caused by vibrations). This often results in damage to the sealing rings that cannot be seen at first glance.
Brass seals: If you are replacing the brass seals (at the bottom of the PDE), it is important to buy them all from the same manufacturer. This is the only way to ensure that they have the same height level - because this is exactly where the bridge presses on them.
Quick info on this: The brass gaskets separate the combustion chamber from the cylinder head. The soft brass material compensates for manufacturing tolerances during installation and is compressed by the contact pressure to form a gas-tight connection.
