Collection: 5 cylinders PD Injector

The pump nozzle problem: PDE injection nozzles (injectors) are only fixed on one side with a clamping shoe at the factory. Vibrations cause the harder injector nozzle to move away from the fixation and press into the softer cylinder head bore - wear is imminent!

Our Injector Stabilizer & Rapid Injector Stabilizer automatically align themselves with the shape of the engine. The injector nozzle remains in its original position and can no longer be pushed away. Suitable for VW 2.5 TDI 5 cylinder.

Pump-nozzle problem in TDI engines

  • Damage to the injector seats in TDI engines due to sideways tilting of the holding shoes.
  • Cause: One-sided screwing of the holding shoes leads to uneven pressure on the injector seats in the cylinder head, which causes run-in marks.
  • The WFR pump-nozzle solutions offer an effective, uniform fixation for the pump injector injectors.

Which engines are affected?

All VWAG TDI engines from 1998 - 2010 with a pump injector unit are affected. The following brands are affected: Audi, Seat, Skoda and VW.
