Remove the INJECTOR SCREW and the clamping shoe and disconnect the electrical plug.
Place the RAPID INJECTOR STABILIZER directly on the PD Injector and tighten it with new INJECTOR SCREW .
Alignment is automatic and the engine is ready for use again, without any oil build-up or starting problems.

- Expansion bolts should be replaced as they are a special material which changes when tightened.
- Tighten with the appropriate torque
Of course, the PDEs can also be removed, cleaned and replaced with new wear parts.
This PDE quick-change repair holder was developed and tested in cooperation with a master car mechanic. You not only save time and money, but also reduce the risk of damage to the engine as a result of this repair.
Note:
For engines with greater wear or problems in the injector area, we recommend the use of our reinforced sealing rings, which you can also find in our store. Please note that some models with crankcase ventilation in the valve cover may have special features (e.g. Sharan 2.0 TDI BRT built in 2008).

Important:
Special expansion bolts are loosened when removing the PDEs. These may only be used once. All seals must also be replaced - otherwise you risk leaks after installation.

Offers maximum flexibility for PDE repairs. The injectors can remain in the engine or be specifically removed - depending on their condition and repair requirements. Each PDE is individually fixed and installed in a controlled manner, which ensures a clean seal and secure fit.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem PDE halter
Liebes Team, ich habe meine Injektoren letztes We gezogen und mit Ihren gefrästen Brücken wieder eingebaut. Da ich die O-Ringe mit Übermaß verwendet habe, kann ich noch nicht sagen, welche Effekt die neuen Niederhalter haben. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass der Druck auf der rechten Seite der PDE besonders groß ist, da die Schraube nur Zugkraft ausüben kann und diese Kraft liegt außerhalb des PDE. Ich bin auf jeden Fall dankbar, dass der Motor wieder läuft. Mit knapp 400tkm werde ich vermutlich bald einen neuen Kopf brauchen. Viele Grüße aus Traunstein
